My hometown,today and yesterday.
My hometown is not a capital city in our province.But it still a beautiful and lively city.With time goes on, my hometown had huge changes than before,as the same as the other cities of China.
In the past,my hometown was smaller than nowadays.There were not so many mansions but short buildings that not have ninth floor. So you could easily see the sky when you stand the top of house.The clouds were white as sheep’s wool and the sky was blue as the color of ocean. The FuJiang river also limpid and the street was not crowded. Everything in my hometown is slowly and comfortable in my memory.
Now, in order to follow the urbanization,many things had changed. The high modern building covered the blue sky.And the government rebuilt the street and old houses for look ordered and neat.They used the uninhabited land to create a new city-centre.There are a new government’s building,a gymnasium,and famous shopping center-WaDa. For shorting the distance between old town and the new,they built up a subfluvial tunnel to connect two areas.The tunnel must be confirmed a marvelous project.
I am happy to see those changes of my city.However,I feel lost something important when I look around those changes.The
development of the city is more and more faster ever.Maybe,I am just afraid of that one day I come back home,but cannot find the way to home.。
