: ::::: 2014 4 30[Abstract]:This product mainly for feed and mixing design. According to the product's main stirring object and its internal structure named clumps of vertical mixing rod mixer. This paper firstly introduces the present situation of feed and some related content, then explains the development history and the current status of the mixer and the future direction of development, and according to the product performance requirements, the design scheme of product origin. In the design process of mixer, the main part of the detailed design, and to determine the specific parameters of the V belt, gear, electric motor, shaft according to the performance of mixer. Then according to the parameter drawing assembly drawing mixer, the other parts are also described, such as: inlet, a stirring bar.
