出差与交通安全 Travel Safety
• 选择安全的交通工具 Choose Safety Transportation Vehicles – 飞机 -〉火车 -〉公司车辆 -〉公共大巴 – Plane -〉Train -〉Company Vehicles -〉Public Bus • 上车前应检查车况，包括车是否整洁、是否有牌照、是否有安全带等 Check the conditions of the vehicles, including cleanness, plate number, safety belt etc. • 检查司机是否精神状况良好，是否有酒味等。若不满意, 则不乘坐或换车 Check the spirit of the driver, if he/she drink alcohol. • 上车后要系好安全带，提醒司机不要大声播放音乐，速度不要过快 Use the safety belt. Remind the driver not play the music laud and not drive too fast • 有些出租车后排没有安全带，此时应优先乘坐有安全带的座位 Some taxi without safety belt in the back seat, please take the seats with safety belts. • 因公不得使用两轮车或三轮车辆 Never take two wheels or three wheels vehicles.

• 钱财不要外露，不要去不安全地带 Do not expose cash in public, do not go to dangerous place. • 避免争吵，避开游行、集会、打架 - 不要逗留，离开 Avoid quarrel, avoid parade and fight - Do not stay • 员工对自己的出差安全负责，做防御型旅客 Be careful of own safety, be a defensive traveler • 入住公司推荐酒店或利用个人判断来选择安全酒店 Live company contract/recommended hotel, or based on own judgment to select safety hotel. • 入住后应了解紧急出口、灭火救生设备位置 To know the position of safety exit and fire extinguishers. • 使用门闩；不要随便开门 Use the door bolt • 如遇抢劫，保持镇静 - 合作，避免视线接触和突然动作 When facing robbery, be clam – cooperate, avoid eye contact and sudden motion

• 所有公司车辆每个座位均必须配安全带 Every company vehicle should equip safety belt at every seat, and this includes those leased vehicles • 只租达到上面有求的车辆，即使临时用车 All people should buckle up when at company vehicles including shuttle bus • 所有因工乘车和使用班车上下班均需要系安全 带 All people should use safety belt when in vehicles for business travel

步行 How to walk safely
• 遵守交通规则 Follow traffic rules • 街口、十字路口过马路时，不能 仅靠交通灯；先看左面，再看右 面，再看左面，再前进； When pass the road, should not only rely on traffic lights, see left, see right, see left, then go. • 小心自行车和电动车，它们同样 可以使人受伤 Take care of the bicycles and electro-bicycles. They also can hurt us.
