T: To show a picture about somebody, and then ask students a question“What’s he like now?” teacher would give an example, finally ask students to ask and answer the questions according to the pictures.
T: To play the recording a second time sentence by sentence, and ask students to repeat them, then, finsh 1b and 2b. Teacher explain sentence structure“used to do sth”
