三.操作面板(Operator Panel)(见图9)
操作面板是用于显示机器人的状态,面板上面有一个串行的 端口可以接外部设备,还有一个连接存储卡的接口,用来备份 数据。

机器人控制柜主要由Main Board(主板),E-Stop Unit(紧急 停止单元),Power Supply Unit(电源供给单元),Teach Pendant(示教器),Servo Amplifier(伺服放大器),Operator Panel(操作面板),Fans Unit(风扇单元),Circuit Breaker (断路器)组成。

四.机器人的用途
Arc welding(弧焊),Spot welding(点焊),Handling(搬 运),Sealing(涂胶),Painting(喷涂),打磨,切割,激 光焊接,测量等。实际应用时需要安装对应的软件系统来实现 各种功能。
