Technical Agreement of ASG E-H control Systems

for Shields ZF15000/26/38D

By and Between xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd. and

Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH

xxxx矿务集团有限公司(简称甲方)与德国蒂芬巴赫控制系统有限公司(简称乙方)就

ZFG15000/26/38D液压支架电液控制系统达成如下技术协议。

The tech ni cal agreeme nts herein belows are made by and betwee n xxxx Coal Mines Group Co., Ltd. (here in after called Party A) and Tiefe nbach Con trol Systems GmbH (here in after called Party B) for shields ZFG15000/26/38D:

支架控制方式

Shield con trol mode

1. 工作面支架(145 架)Face shields (145 Sets)

每个支架控制器控制两个主阀组,前阀组14功能和后阀组8功能,共22功能

One ASG con trols two blocks, front block 14F and rear block 8F, total 22F.

前阀组14 功能(145 组) front block 14F (145 Sets) Art. No. 211937

后阀组8 功能(145 组) Rear block 8F (145 Sets) Art. No.209306

二、具体技术要求

Detail tech ni cal requireme nts

1. 控制器显示菜单语言为中文和英文,顺槽控制主机和地面主机显示菜单为中文。

Display menu on con troller is in both Chin ese and En glish, gate con trol unit and surface computer display in Chin ese.

2. 制造满足10.5秒工作循环的主阀体。

Tiefe nbachs mai n con trol valves are made to meet the cycle time of 10.5 sec on ds.

3. 支架配置电液控制系统,能够完成支架的各种动作功能。支架可实现成组程序自动控制,包括成组自动移架、成组自动推溜、成组自动伸收护帮、成组自动伸收伸缩梁。支架可实现邻架电控的手动、自动操作,实现本架电磁阀按钮的手动操作。顺槽主控计算机可实现远程控制工作面液压支架动作,即跟机自动化功能(跟机自动移架、跟机自动推溜、跟机自动喷雾功能)。可实现成组自动移架和推溜,又可本架手动按钮、左右(1-3)邻架电控按钮控制、自动循环操作。

Shields are equipped with E-H con trol systems to be able to complete every actio n fun ctio n of shields. Shield can realize group program automatic control including group automatic moving shields, group automatic push ing conv eyor, group automatic exte nding and retract ing exte nsion bar. Shield can finish manu al, automatic operatio n of E-H con trols of adjace nt shields and the manual operati on on sole noid valve butt on of local shield. Gate mai n computer can realize remote con trol for face shield actions, viz., follow in g-Shearer automatic fun ctio n (follow in g-Shearer automatic movi ng shields, follow in g-Shearer automatic pushi ng conv eyor, follow in g-Shearer automatic spray ing function). And automatic moving and push ing can be achieved, mean while, the manual pushi ng butt on in local shield and right and left (1-3) hand of adjace nt shields con trolled by E-H con trol butt on, and automatic cycli ng operati on.

4 •配备红外线接收装置,可与工作面采煤机实现联合动作。同时具备接收采煤机数字信号实现联动功能。支架能满足与采煤机、刮板机进行自动割煤要求,在三角煤区域也能实现自动拉架。

The in frared receiver device is equipped, to be able to complete the associated actio n with face Shearer. Mean while, it should be with the fun ctio n of recei ving sig nal data of Shearer to complete associatedly action. Shields meet the requirement of auto coal-cutting with Shearer and scraper conv eyor, to complete the fun ctio n of auto shield pulli ng in tria ngle mi ne area.

5•对立柱的工作压力、推移千斤顶的行程、煤机的位置、方向等进行监测和数据传输。能将数据传输至地面控制中心并显示。

To mon itor and tran sfer data for the work ing pressure of leg, stroke of adva ncing ram, positi on and directi on of Shearer and etc. To be able to tran sfer data to surface con trol cen ter and display. 6•电液控制系统设有声音报警、急停、本架闭锁及故障自诊断显示功能,并能方便地进行人工手动操作。

E-H con trol system is set with sound alarm, quick-stop, local shield lockout and self diag nose and display, also should be convenient for manual operatio n.

7. 供电电压为AC 127V 50Hz。

The power supply voltage is AC 127V 50Hz/12V.

8. 电控装置外壳防护等级不低于IP67。

E-H equipme nt hous ing' protecti on level should be not lower tha n IP67.

9. 电控系统为非主-从机型,当工作面控制系统与顺槽控制中心断开后,仍能完成各种操作功能。没有顺槽计算机就无法实现自动功能。
