Z: Of course. Beijing has many delicious food and there are mang places of interest which are worth for you to take pictures.
Q: It’s surprise for me to know that you never went to Beijing before. I spent four years in Beijing during my university. The city is really beautiful in different seasons.
R: Right. I’ve been there once when I was a child. It’s an unforgettable trip that I still remember almost every thing. Wendy, is there any new places or amazing buildings that built recent years? Q: Of course. The new CCTV News Centre Building is really interesting. Maybe you know its another name, which is “大裤衩”.
Z: Ha ha, I’ve been there this winter. It really looks like a “大裤衩”from a certain angle. But, you know, Beijing in winter is really cold. And it snows every year. So I was just taking bus and passed by.
R: Ha ha, Back to Kunming, you’ve known what is “the spring city”. It’s really warm here.
Q: Yeah, the snow rarely comes to Kunming. Margriet, did you went to some famous places when you’re in Beijing?
J: Yeah, such as some famous places of interest.
Z: Yes, I also went to the Great Wall. You know, those who have never been to the Great Wall are not true men. And it seems that in Beijing’s culture, people should go to the Great Wall in the first day of the Chinese New Year. You know, the aim is to get more luck in the next year.
Q: Oh~ It’s even colder at the Great Wall. You must take noodles with bean paste(炸酱面) to warm yourself.
Z: Yeah, I’ve enjoyed many delicious Beijing snacks. Noodles with bean paste is one of them. Others like Fried Chop Rice Cake（驴打滚）, Beijing Roast Duck（北京烤鸭）and Dough Drop and Assorted Vegetable Soup（疙瘩汤）are also very good.
Q: Em, Stewed Liver（炒肝）and Fermented Bean Drink（豆汁儿）are really tasted great, too. Vicky, once you went to Beijing, you must try some.
