纵观全球性环境问题，能源问题成为世人面临的重要挑战之一，它同样也是社会可持续发展主要的制约因素之一。
为了实现社会和经济的可持续发展，解决能源问题成为当前需要予以重视的头等大事。
对相关数据的研究发现，全球总能耗中约有２５％—４０％为建筑能耗。
因此，最大程度地降低建筑能耗成为了解决当前能源问题的重要途径之一。
为了实现建筑节能、环保建设的目标，绿色建筑应运而生。
与此同时，伴随着绿色建筑的施工管理的相关优化策略也备受关注。
我国“十三五”期间要大力发展绿色建筑，发展绿色建筑是转变城乡建设模式和建筑业发展方式的重要途径，我国目前尚处于自愿发展的开始阶段，绿色建筑相关的法规制度、标准、激励政策、技术支撑等还不健全，在推广绿色施工的过程中,存在着很多的问题。
我们要在群众中宣传实施绿色施工的重大意义,同时在施工过程中要积极采用新技术,采用绿色施工技术。
还要对项目进行科学的管理,比如通过对项目的集成化管理,可以提高工程质量,加快进度,节约成本,也有利于绿色施工的实施。
我国目前为止还没有一套完整的绿色施工评价体系,要推广绿色施工,必须建立一个确定的标准来衡量施工企业的绿色施工水平。
本文提出建筑工程施工对环境和资源消耗的影响,提出相应的解决方法和措施参照各种绿色建筑评价体系指标,结合我国的实际情况,提出绿色施工评价体系,并给出评价实例,证明了其实用性。
本文的研究对推动绿色施工的实施起到一定的指导和参考作用。
最后，对于论文进行过程中发现的问题和未来进一步研究的方向问题进行了讨论，希望能对未来的研究工作提供有益的借鉴。

Throughout the global environmental problems, energy has become one of the most important challenges facing the world. It is also one of the major constraints on sustainable development of society. The research of this paper has certain guidance and reference function to promote theimplementation of green construction.Finally, the problems in the course of the paper and the direction of further research in the future are briefly discussed.Key words:Green Construction Sustainable Development Non Green Factors第一章绪论1.1 绿色施工与可持续发展的认识1.1.1绿色施工与可持续性发展的关系绿色施工(green construction) 是指工程建设中，在保证质量、安全等基本要求的前提下，通过科学管理和技术进步，最大限度地节约资源与减少对环境负面影响的施工活动，实现四节一环保（节能、节地、节水、节材和环境保护）。
绿色施工作为建筑全寿命周期中的一个重要阶段，是实现建筑领域资源节约和节能减排的关键环节。
绿色施工是指工程建设中，在保证质量、安全等基本要求的前提下，通过科学管理和技术进步，最大限度地节约资源并减少对环境负面影响的施工活动，实现节能、节地、节水、节材和环境保护("四节一环保")。
实施绿色施工，应依据因地制宜的原则，贯彻执行国家、行业和地方相关的技术经济政策。
绿色施工应是可持续发展理念在工程施工中全面应用的体现，绿色施工并不仅仅是指在工程施工中实施封闭施工，没有尘土飞扬，没有噪声扰民，在工地四周栽花、种草，实施定时洒水等这些内容，它涉及到可持续发展的各个方面，如生态与环境保护、资源与能源利用、社会与经济的发展等内容。
传统的施工质量安全难以保证、劳动效率低、能源利用率低消耗量大、对环境造成污染不利于环境保护等，从而造成工期时间长和工程成本增加，这与国家所倡导的可持续性发展是不符的。
