上个学期做过的最大活动应该是举办院周的时候，我部与科技竞赛部合作举办的ITAI大赛。
从策划、大赛启动、作品收集、展示、颁奖我都参与了其中。
活动中，我需要和共事的同事讨论，和学习部的干事合作，和选手沟通…这些工作增强了我的合作能力，沟通能力和忍耐力。
同时看到自己努力做的事有个漂亮的结果，也让我体会到了在部门里工作的乐趣!而这些都给我增添了站在这里的勇气，争取部长助理的这个职位。
一学期过去了，我对我学院各部门的工作也有了点了解。
1、我们现在就开始部长助理的竞选，我认为有点早，因为我们得到的锻炼还是不够多。
可是这个状况不是我们能改变的，所以我们就得给新一届的干事更多的锻炼机会。
为了让新一届的干事尽快上手，在举办活动的时候就应该多多带着他们，尽量放手让他们去做，给他们更多的锻炼。
2、我认为校级学生会和院级学生会、还有院级学生会之间太分散。
我们学校的活动不少，可并没几个活动是大型的，参与的人数有限。
如果校级和院级之间可以尝试着合作，将资源合并，专心地办一些精品活动，让更多的同学参与其中，效果会更好。
因为有了上学期工作的锻炼，我有信心当好部长助理如果我能竞选成功，我将继续尽自己最大的热情为同学们服务，为学院服务。
