本次比赛分为3个环节，主题演讲，即兴演讲和情景表演。
A：We will use elimination system this time, after the prepared speech, we will eliminate 8 contestants, and the others can enter the next part. From next part ,score will be recorded again.B:本次比赛将采用淘汰制，在主题演讲后，我们会按照比分排名的顺序，淘汰排名靠后的8名选手，其余选手进入下一环节。
从下一环节起，重新记录比分。
并以最后两个环节的总得分决出本场的冠亚季军。

There is one thing I ‘d like to mention, a tone will be heard at 1 min and 15 seconds sharp, and a tone at 1 and a half mins to remind you of ending the speech. The full score of this part is 10 points.B:下面进行第一环节，主题演讲。
选手自选主题. 在1分15秒时选手会听到一个提示音，1分30秒时会再次听到提示音，此时选手终止演讲。

After the first round, we can see that our competition is heating up quickly. Here we come to a more exciting part---- impromptu speech..B:经过第一轮比赛的激烈角逐，有8名优秀的选手进入了下一轮更加激烈的环节——即兴演讲。
C: In the second part, contestants need to perform according to the contents displayed on the large screen within one minute.B: 在第二环节的即兴演讲中，选手将在一分钟内根据大屏幕上显示的内容或现场出示的道具即兴发挥，完成演讲。
每位选手有30秒的准备时间，准备时间结束后会听到这样的提示音，演讲开始后45秒将会听到这样的提示音，一分钟时将再听到提示音，此时选手终止演讲。
即兴演讲环节满分为10分。
C: Let’s welcome contestant NO.1***.(中间串词)（即兴演讲结束）B: Thanks for the excellent performances of our contestants. Now we will move on to the most interesting part of tonight’s competition---the scene show!A: 经过了两轮激烈的角逐，下面让我们进入本场比赛的最后一个也是最有趣的环节——情景表演。
B: This part requires contestants to cooperate with our foreign teacher *** and ***. First, the 8 contestants will be divided into two groups. And the members of one group can choose one scene together, then to act the role they select with our foreign teacher. Contestants who acquire the praise from foreign teachers will plus 0.5 mark extra. The full score of this part is 10 points. In this part contestants will have 45 seconds to prepare, each team have 10 minutes.A: 这个环节选手需要与外教合作。
首先，8名选手平均分为2组，由一组成员共同选择一个场景，然后在对自己所扮演的角色进行选择，与外教共同将此场景演绎出来，受到外教赞赏的一名选手会获得额外的0.5的加分。
