民航专业介绍
为适应我国民用航空运输业高速发展对航空服务与管理人才的迫切需求，我校开设“空乘服务与管理”专业，主干课程包括：民航概论、民航企业管理概论、公共关系学、航空市场营销、机场服务概论、民用航空法、航空运输地理、航空服务礼仪、民航安全与应急处理、民航服务心理学、民航专业英语、航空服务技能实训等，为航空界定向培养高等专业人才。
培养目标
本专业培养适应民航运输事业发展，具有坚实的英语基础、较高的人文素质，受过专门航空运输技能知识训练的实用型民航高级空中乘务员。
表现为气质佳、形体美、才艺精、纪律严的知识型、技能型航空服务专门人才。
就业前景
从国际国内现有薪资水平看，国内主流航空公司优秀空乘人员平均年薪在10万元人民币以上，同时因其专业性和供应不足，其职业稳定性得到保证。
我国正处于从民航大国向民航强国的转变过程中，预测到2020年中国至少需要新增加4万多名空乘服务人员工作岗位，民航空乘服务人员队伍将超过25万。
整个航空业自身也将演变成一个集民航管理、机场物流、机械机服、航空气象、地面服务、流程签派、航空营销以及票务销售等多元化的复式行业。
