从以上的案例看来,屈丹老师在热身活动中使用的话语较为简明易懂,话语量不多,热身活动目标明确、重点突出,有效地吸引了学生注意力,但是教师使用的讲解语内形容词的信息含量较高,如chant内容中big,tall,fat等,通学习歌谣学习大大激活了学生之前学习的形容词的知识。
通过对屈丹老师教学课例研究思考发现,小学中低年级的学生英语水平不高,为吸引学生注意力,激活学生原有知识经验,教师不宜使用过多或过难的话语,复杂繁多的话语不但不会吸引他们的注意力,还会让他们产生学习负担,学生听不懂而容易开小差。
但是过于简单的话语不利于提高学习者的听力和口语,教师对教师话语的使用要有全面的理解,把握简化的程度,在讲解示范热身活动要求时,屈丹老师能用肢体语言作为辅助性语言能将难化简,帮助学生更好地理解活动要求,因而能将全班学生都吸引到热身活动中,在活动中复习形容词。
