2.3 The materials that can be easily distinguished with test its insherent characteristics such as inherent metal color (copper,lead aluminium ect.) or zinc plated steel, need not distingushed by color code. 可依照材料本身特性(金属色泽)进行区分的材料，不需用色标区分。如铜、铅、铝或镀锌部件等。

2. Marking method(标识方法) 2.1 Required markings shall be applied to distinguish a kind of material,size,thickness ect.of
piping materials by stencil, painting or hard stamping,however,the following limitations apply. 要求以印制图案、油漆或加盖钢印方法制成的标识，能够区分管道材料的种类、规格、壁厚等，此外 还要满足以下限制条件： (1) Hard stamping shall only be applied using"low-stree"(rounded) type die stamps.Hard
stamping shall not be used on stainless steel pipe or buttweld fittings. 压制钢印只能采用低应力形式的压模，不锈钢钢管或对焊管件不能压制钢印。 (2) Ink stamped marks shall be made on suitably pre pared areas and such marks shall be proteected by clear varnish. 在准备好的合适区域加墨水喷码并用清漆保护。 (3) Any hard stampimg or ink stamped markings are to be highlighted by encircling with a white painted circle,except where such marks are continuous over the major portion of the item. 钢印或墨水喷码在部件上主要区域如果不是连续的，一定要用白色漆环作出显著标记。 (4) Any paints,inks or varnish shall be durable and marks shall be capable of remaining legible at least two years from delivery subject to weather,marine atmosphere and handling.Such marking materials shall not be injurious to the item being marked and in particular,shall be sulphur-free and not contain Antimony,Arsenic,Copper,Lead,Mercury,Sodium,Vanadium or Zinc in individual concentrations greater than 0.3% by weight in the dry film 图案、墨水喷码或清漆须经久耐用，无论运输、加工过程或受天气条件影响，要求 2 年内能够 保持清晰。标识材料不能对部件有损害，一般来说，不能含有硫、锑、砷、铜、铅、汞、钠、 矾或质量含量超过 0.3%的锌。
2.4 In case that no-distinguished materisls which need color code would be delivered to the site, these materials shall be put in order in accordance with this requirements before storange or usage 如果需区分却未加色标的材料运送至现场，在储存或使用之前须按本规定要求喷涂。

1.SCOPE(范围) This document covers requirements for the identification of piping materials. 该文件规定了管道材料标识方面的要求。
