租船合同的种类
一、租船合同的概念
租船合同是承租人以一定的条件向出租 人租用一定的船舶或舱位，以运输货物或 旅客，就相互间的权利、义务做出明确规 定的合同。包括航次租船合同、定期租船 合同、光船租赁合同。
二、航次租船合同
航次租船合同是指船舶出租人向承租人 提供船舶或船舶的部分舱位，装运约定的 货物，从一港运至另一港，由承租人支付 约定运费的合同。
