新阳中学德育课程体系——新阳中学构建德育课程体系提高德育工作的有效性情况介绍新阳中学一直以来坚持“科研兴校”的发展策略,不断探索教育教学规律。
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中明确提出:“ 坚持德育为先。
立德树人,把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育全过程”,“ 创新德育形式,丰富德育内容,不断提高德育工作的吸引力和感染力,增强德育工作的针对性和实效性”。
为了落实《纲要》精神结合新课标要求,我校在校本课程开发上,在德育课程方面稍作尝试。
一、初中德育课程化的原因1、初中德育课程化,能体现初中学校德育工作的本质特征,提高德育工作的有效性。
(1)初中德育工作的本质特征是学校有目的、有计划、有系统、有组织的对学生施加以社会主义核心价值体系为主线的政治、思想、道德、法制等影响,从而使学生养成良好的思想品德。
(2)课程一般由“目标体系、内容体系、实施体系、评价体系”构成,所以也只有将德育课程化,才能很好的避免德育的离散性、随机性,并能体现初中德育的本质特征,从而实现德育工作的有效性。
2、初中德育课程化,有利于遵循规律实施学校德育工作,提高德育的有效性。
(1)初中德育工作遵循的规律主要有:初中生身心发展规律、初中生品德养成规律、德育过程中师生互动规律等。

3、初中德育课程化,能够增加学生吸收德育的信息量,扩大德育学习和修炼的空间与时间,提高德育工作的针对性和时效性。
二、根据7-9年级学生身心发展特点和成长规律,构建德育课程体系1、构建德育课程目标体系一是确定学生14维品德行为发展目标:团结、助人、诚实、守信、文明、礼貌、尊师、孝敬、勤奋、节俭、遵纪、守法、公平、正义。
二是确定学生6维价值观发展目标:自我观、亲情观、友情观、幸福观、集体观、国家观。
2、构建德育课程内容体系以“社会主义核心价值体系”为德育的主要内容,进行6个方面的教育,即(1)进行马克思主义中国化最新成果教育,培养学生的“爱心、感恩心、荣誉心、责任心、合作心、奉献心”等“六心”的意识和精神,为学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观奠定基础,并引导学生初步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。

(3)进行爱国主义、改革创新等时代教育,培养学生热爱祖国的情感和创新的精神。
(4)进行社会主义荣辱观教育,培养学生具有团结互助、诚实守信、遵纪守法、艰苦奋斗等良好品质。
(5)进行公民意识教育,引导学生树立社会主义民主法制、自由平等、公平正义等法制意识,增强社会责任感。
(6)进行中华民族优秀文化传统教育和革命传统教育,弘扬民族精神,培养学生尊重中华民族优秀传统,发扬优良革命传统。
3、构建德育课程实施体系确定德育的两大载体,即课程载体、生活载体;探究四种德育模式,即:探究德育学科课程的施教模式,着力解决学生“知而不行”问题的方法,探究德育渗透课程的渗透方法,研究如何以教学内容为载体进行相关的德育渗透;探究德育活动课程的活动模式,研究如何将活动的主题与活动的方式有效结合;探究班主任及每日五分钟德育,追求德育工作的时效性和有效性即“三三三德育模式”。
明晰“道理说服法、个别谈心法、情境陶冶法、实践体验法、集体感染法、榜样引导法、经验交流法、评价激励法、两难辨析法、教者示范法”等十种德育方法的适用范围。
四种种德育模式和十种德育方法最终通过三种德育课程的实施来完成。
一是德育学科课程。
即初中思想品德课,以传授德育知识为主,直接对学生进行思想品德教育。
