抗冲击性能测试
Impact Resistance Test
1、目的
使检验人员能规范、准确地进行抗冲击性检验，以验证产品持续符合标准要求。

1.Purpose
A guide to the inspector to test the impact resistance routinely and correctly, and to evaluate if the product meets standard requirement..
2、适用范围
执行抗冲击性检验的作业人员。

2.Tester
Personnel who perform impact resistance test.
3、检验频次
每周一次，每月至少4次。

3.Frequency of Test
Once per week and no less than 4 times per month.
4、作业步骤
4. Test Procedure
4.1选取试样为与产品相同厚度的同种类原片玻璃,且与产品在同一工艺条件下生产的尺寸约为610mm×610mm的钢化玻璃6块.
4.1. 6 pieces of testing specimens sized at 610mm x 610mm shall be produced from the same lot of raw glass with the product under same producing condition and process.
4.2将钢化玻璃放置在测试铁框上面,放置时要求测试铁框保持水平状态.
4.2 Testing specimens shall be placed on and at the same level of the testing steel frame.
4.3将直径约为53.5mm、质量约为1040kg的表面光滑无损的钢球放置在距离玻璃表面1000mm高度的盒子上,拉出插销使其自由落下,观察玻璃是否破坏(对每块试样的冲击仅限一次)
4.3 inspect if the specimens are broken when a steel ball with diameter 53.5mm and weight 1040kgs falls down from
a box which is placed at 1000mm above the specimens surfaces.
5、结果判定
5.1如6块钢化玻璃破坏数不超过1块则判定为合格.当破坏数为2块时需再加取6块进行试验,6块必须全部不被破坏方可判定合格.
5.1. Quantity of specimens per lot shall be 6 pieces. The test is passed if 1 or no specimen is broken. If the broken specimens are 2 pieces, the second test need to be perform and only be reviewed as pass when all specimens are unbreakable in the test.
5.2如6块钢化玻璃中,破坏数多于或等于3块时则判定为不合格,重新选取6块进行测试.
5.2 Test is failed if broken quantity is no less than 3 pieces. And another 6 specimens shall be tested again.
6、填写《安全型式试验报告》存档.
6. Put the record into Safety Test Report.
