It serves as the interface betweenthe system and the Central Control Operators and provides the required ATS level automaticcontrol and supervision functions.Itsprimaryfunction is to provide information to the COs on thepositionandstatus of alltrackedtrains,andstatus ofthefieldequipment within the ATCsystem.系统管理中心(SMC)包括全系统的管理设备。
它是系统和中央调度员的接口,提供ATS层的自动控制和监督功能。
SMC首要的功能是向中央调度员提供所有跟踪列车的位置、状态、以及整个ATC系统范围内所有设备的状态信息。

2.2 Vehicle Control Centre(VCC) /车辆控制中心(VCC)The VCC subsystemis responsible for vitally ensuring safea utomatictrainseparation and operationin the moving block environment. The VCC enforcesaminimum safeseparationbetween trains basedonthe safe braking distance from the last verified location oftherear of aprecedingtrain or any otherobstruction suchas disturbedswitchesor closed tracks.VCC子系统在移动闭塞环境中确保列车的安全间隔和运营。
VCC确保列车间的最小安全间隔,该间隔是根据前车最后校核位置,或其他障碍物(如受干扰的道岔和封闭的轨道)的位置,确定的的安全制动距离。
In addition to monitoring the position of trains,the VCC shall al so monitor the statusofall switchesbycyclicallypolling the station controllersfor status.Switches inthe vicinityof thetrain are reserved and positioned before the trainis allowedto operate across them. Switch reservations preventconflictswith other trains and withCO initiated reservation or switchmovementrequests.除对列车位置的监视外,VCC还通过对车站控制器的周期性状态轮询监视所有道岔状态。
列车附近的道岔被预留并确定位置后才允许列车通过。
道岔预留防止其他列车的需求冲突,也防止和调度员发出的预留或转换道岔命令冲突。
TheVCC isable to operate trains automatically,without drivers. This is done throughtwofunctions—train tracking and commanding movement authority.Thesefunctionsareusedtogether to provide ATO functions,or may beused only to monitorthemovements of trains operated in manual mode.TheVCC tracks trainsby continuouslypollingfor andreceiving position informationfrom the VOBC. The movement authority consistsof the VCC continuously transm itting asafe stopping position(target point)to the VOBC. 无须驾驶员,VCC能自动控制列车运行,该方式通过两个功能-列车跟踪和移动授权来实现的。
这些功能被用在一起提供ATO功能,或在人工模式下只监视列车运行。
VCC通过连续的向VOBC轮询并接收列车位置信息来跟踪列车。
VCC 不停的向VOBC发送安全停车位置(目标点)来实现移动授权。
ﻭThe VCC communicates with a VehicleOn BoardController (VOBC)through which theVCCcommandsapplication of propulsionandbraking, setting speed limitsandbraking ra tes, stationstops and openingandclosingtrain doors.VCC和车载控制器(VOBC)通信,并以此来发布牵引或制动命令,设置速度限制和制动等级,车站停车和开关车门命令。
