,目已成为检测脉络膜新生血管等眼病的首选造影剂。
它最早是作为一测定技术的日益残留于前房或虹膜表面。
因为是首次报道,而且病例仅细胞和前房闪辉数后认为,独特的分子结构和高患者全身化疗期间次进行热效应可以被ICG增强。
动物实验[23]显示ICG可提高二极管激光的光热效应,导致脉络膜的损害,而相比之下氩激光所产生的结果却小的多。
Chong等[24]在兔实验中证实ICG可以提高TTT治疗虹膜肿瘤的效应。
Shields等[21]也发现ICG可以提高T TT治疗脉络膜肿瘤的效应。
但De Potter等[25]却认为ICG联合TTT与单独使用TT T对最终脉络膜肿瘤的大小以及后极部颞侧肿瘤退缩没有显示出多大优越性。
这可能是由于血液循环或其它的生物效应,使染色剂在体外分布与体内扩散不同,导致联合效应低于动物实验的结果;而且反复TTT发射有可能改变了肿瘤中染色剂的浓度,从而影响了光热效应。
3 讨论ICG因其独特的物理性质和光谱特性,使其在眼科领域,尤其在眼底造影中发挥着重要的作用,成为诊断脉络膜新生血管的首选造影剂。
至于其作为晶状体囊膜和内界膜的染色剂作用所带来的毒副作用以及其它临床使用价值仍需进一步深入研究。
