技术要求 Technical Requirements 1.将测试品擦干净； 表面无氧化，生锈，喷雾 2.配置含5%NaCl的盐水10000ml,ph值在6.5-7.2倒 96H后拿出常温下用清水冲 入盐雾机中。 洗后，放入纯净水中漂洗后， 3.将测试品放入盐雾机中，运行盐雾机96H后拿 放置常温2H, 后检查表面现象 出； 。 4.漂洗后放置2H，检查测试品是否生锈。 Surface withoutoxidation, 5.96小时后表面无红锈； rust after theprocess of: 1.Clean the part surface. 96 hours spraytest , then 2. Prepare 10,000ml salt water with 5%NACL clear the partwith water atPH6.5-7.2 and then put into test machine. and inspect thesurface 3.Put the test specimen into machine and after 2 hours. running96hours and then take the sample out. 4. Clean the surface with water, check the surfaceafter 2 hours. 5.Surface with no red rust after 96 hours.
