大多数人开始放松对于单词的积累。
然而词汇维系着语音和语法,是构筑语言的基本单位,它是提高学习者语言水平的基石,如果离开了丰富的词汇量的掌握和高效率的词汇学习,是不可能学好英语的,一切必将成为无水之源,无本之木。
可见,英语学习和英语水平的提高,词汇是根本。
因此,为了提高学生对单词学习的兴趣,并提供给学生一个交流英语学习的平台,让学生能再欢笑中学习知识,在竞争中寻找差距,激发学习英语的热情,特此举办本次单词拼写比赛。
3、The objectives:营造和谐校园,增添校园的文化气息,丰富学生的课余生活,检验同学的学习成果,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生的知识可以在竞争中不断提升。
在学习、练习拼写英文单词的过程中,很多同学的学习兴趣得以激发,并逐渐开始尝试、摸索、总结、运用一些规律和技巧进行备赛,这种学习方式和方法的启蒙将使他们受益终身。
在大赛中,学生找到了展示自我的舞台,培养出更加健康开朗的个性,拓展出逐渐开阔的视野。
除了丰厚的奖励外,同学们更能为自己、为班级、为学院带来了无与伦比的荣誉和声誉。
4、The expectation results:学生开始重视英语学习,养成每日学点英语的好习惯。
促使大家都能很好通过4、6级考试。

比赛选出前50名,进入决赛。
单词由组织方拟定。
初拟定单词40个。
其中十个以防特殊情况。
3、决赛形式:听音拼写(PPT上显示单词,朗读者读单词,选手拼写)说明:评委认为朗读者读的不标准,可以提出。
选手可以询问意思以及例句。
单词由组织方拟定。
先拟定单词250个,按由易到难分成5份,再拟定难词50个,以防比赛时间过长。
4、活动奖励比赛决出一等奖一名,二等奖二名,三等奖三名。
优胜奖四名。
分别分发奖状以及精美礼品。
9、活动流程1、主持人致开幕词并且介绍到场的评委、嘉宾。
2、主持人介绍比赛的规则评分细则。
4 比赛开始,选手根据比赛前的抽签顺序进行比赛。
5、两轮比赛后,主持人现场邀请观众上台参与拼写单词,并给予奖励。
6、待所有的选手比赛完后,邀请评委代表上台发言,工作人员进行统分。
7、评委发言完后,主持人上台宣布比赛结果(依次由优胜奖到一等奖)8、(待定)上台颁奖。
10、宣传工作:前期宣传:在人流量较大的食堂、教室、宿舍楼等地点张贴海报,利用广播在赛前进行循环宣传,鼓励更多的同学报名参加,并扩大活动的影响力。
把比赛的宣传单发到各班学委手中,及时让同学们了解到相关的情况。
后期宣传:把获奖选手的名单以海报形式贴在宣传栏,以致鼓励。

Some student may think that it isn’t necessary to study hard since you have entered the college. Some of them might begin giving up accumulating words. However, vocabulary is the basic to a language. Without a rich vocabulary and an effective way to memorize words, you can’t learn English well. The language is made up of the words, so if you want to learn English well, the first thing you should do is memorizing words. In order to improve the students’ interest in learning words and provided students a stage to show themselves, we organize this competition to stimulate students’ enthusiasm of learning English.3、The objectives:Create a harmonious campus, add the campus cultural atmosphere, rich students’ after-school life, students learning achievement test, stimulate students interest in learning, let students' knowledge continues to improve in competition. There 50 hard words include those 300 words and the reader will read it in case the competition spent too much time.4、AwardThere are a first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and for winning prizes in the competition.
