华南师范大学政治与行政学院社会工作专业培养方案Training Plan for Social Work Major of the School of Politics and Administration，SCNU一、培养目标总体目标：本专业培养具有扎实的理论知识，娴熟的专业技能，具有国际视野，适合在社会福利、社会保障、社会行政部门以及社会服务机构从事社会行政管理与社会工作实务的应用型高层次人才。

目标1：培养熟练掌握社会工作方法与社会调查研究的基本知识和技能，胜任在各种社会服务机构和公益团体从事社会工作实务、评估与咨询等事务的社会工作师专业人才；目标2：培养理解与掌握社会工作专业的理论和基本知识，胜任在各级各类政府机关、社会团体和企事业单位从事社会工作行政管理的高级专门人才；目标3：培养具有深厚专业素养，能正确运用专业理论知识和技能对社会现象进行调查与反思，以及对社会问题进行深度分析的社会工作专业研究人才，为研究生教育培育创新型人才。

Educational ObjectivesOverall Objective: The major aims at cultivating high-level talents with solid theoretical foundation, professional skill and international vision, who are competent for social administrationand social practical work in the field of social welfare, social security and social administrationand social service agency.Objective 1: to foster social work professionals who have a good grasp of social work methods, basic knowledge and skills in social investigation research, qualified1 / 14to engage in such affairs as the affairs of social work practice, assessment and consultation.Objective 2: to foster high-level specialists who understand and grasp social work theories and basic knowledge, competent in social work administration in various level of government organs, social organizations and institutions.Objective 3: to foster social work professional research talents who have profound professional quality, could conduct research and reflection on social phenomenon by using professional theoretical knowledge, and could make in-depth analysis of social problems; thus to cultivate talents for post-graduate education. 二、培养要求总体要求：学生通过本专业的学习与训练，具有强烈的社会责任感与服务社会的精神，具有良好的观察与分析社会问题的能力，掌握开展社会工作、社会调查、政策分析的技能与方法，具备从多视角进行社会服务与社会管理的能力。

Educational RequirementTraining Requirement:The overall requirement: Students, through four-year leaning andtraining, should have a strong sense of responsibility and the willing for social service. Ability Requirements:1: the ability to apply theories, knowledge, skills and methods learned in such discipline as social work, sociology, and politics.
