1铝壳电机出线方式主要有两种，一种为电缆引出，一种为接线盒。
电缆出线适合不需要调整电机接线方式的电机，一般其只有一个固定的接法和转速。
接线盒方式适用于Y/△、变极调速、单相电容运转电机。
图1所示为电缆出线，电缆索头直接固定在电机外壳上，并采用环氧胶水密封。
图2所示为接线盒出线，接线盒固定在电机后端盖上。
图3所示为接线盒出线，接线盒固定在电机外壳上。
对于单相电容运转电机，接线盒内还可以放置电容。

Cable connection is fit for single speed motor which speed cannot be con-trolled by changing connections, usually only one connection. Terminal box connection suits the motors of Y/△ switching, multi-pole switching or single-phase with capacitor. Fig.1 shows the cable connec-tion, the nut is installed on the casing, with epoxy glues sealed. Fig.2 shows the terminal box in-stalled on the end casing of the motor.Fig.3 shows the terminal box in-stalled on the casing of the mo-tor.There can be a capacitor in theterminal box for single-phase motor. 3~ cable connection 3~ terminal box ‘Y’ 3~ Y/△ switching 3~ 4/6P switching 3~ 6/8P switching 1~ terminal box我们使用的三相电机用电缆通常为6芯的，3根相线，2根热保护器，1根接地线。
电缆导体截面积电缆耐压等级对应于电机额定参数。
通常的电缆线规格为：227ICE 08 (RV-90) 300/500V。
通常用的导体截面积为0.5，0.75，1.25，2.5 mm 2等规格。
热保护器连线、接地连线统一为0.5mm 2。

热保护器容量为250V、5A。
Note:A thermal relay is also needed.When Y/△ or multi-pole switching, i.e. high speedand low speed switching, the control circuit mustinsert a time delay about 1S between the twostates.The rating of the thermal protector is 250V, 5A.5热保护器连接参考图Thermal protector connection for reference以单相为例注：某些小功率单相电机热保护器在电机内部直接和绕组串联，不提供热保护器引出线。
当电机过热时，热保护器直接将电源切断。
Note:The thermal protector is connected in series with the windings inside some small single-phase motors, which do not have additional leads connected the protector. When overheated, the protector will cut off the power directly.6安全事项：本电机依靠负载的风叶产生的气流带走热量，电机无自冷却风叶。
严禁不带风叶运行。
电机使用环境为:环境温度：-10℃～+60℃；相对湿度：≤95%；海拔高度：≤1000m；电源电压：±10%；电源频率：±2%；铭牌上规定的最高运行点是折算到空气密度1.2Kg/m3的标准空气状态下的。
风机不可以运行在铭牌规定的额定状态以外。
当出现风机经常性过载时须检查风机进出风的气路是否畅通，如发现系统脏堵时须及时清洁。
电机内部已经嵌入了热保护器，必须将它连接到主控制回路中去，以避免出现意外情况烧毁电机造成火灾、触电事故。
用户控制电路中还应加入额外的电机保护元器件。
若使用外接变频器、半导体调压电路进行调速须在定货时向我公司预先声明并得到确认。
特别提醒的是，安装、接线须由专业人员操作。
风机安装到系统前，检查所有固定螺栓是否已经锁紧，发现松动的须及时锁紧。
风机只有在可靠安装后才可以通电运行。
风机在安装时，应小心操作，不得敲击、刮伤喷涂层，以免造成锈蚀。
风机只可用来输送空气或类似空气的混合气体。
非特殊要求，风机不防爆、不防腐，也不可以输送混有固体颗粒的空气。
搬运及储存：富丽华风机的包装符合运输要求。
搬运风机时应小心不要让叶片、网罩受到外力，以避免损坏、变形。
绝对不可以用手拉电机引出线来搬动电机。
严格按照包装箱注明的堆码高度叠放。
暂时不用的风机应储存在环境温度为-10℃～+40℃，相对湿度不大于75%，清洁、通风良好的库房内。
维修、维护服务：在正常接线、正确的使用条件下，我们的风机质量保证期限为自发货日起18个月以内。
发生风机故障时须及时给我公司邮寄或传真《抱怨单》，我们会及时做出帮助或处理。
超过期限或因不正确使用而造成的风机损坏及电机烧毁不在保修范围以内。
