It is issued after the general manager’sapproval.本手册由管理者代表组织有关部门编写、讨论、修改,EHS部负责整理文稿,经总经理批准后发布。

b)It is distributed by EHS to each department to use and manage.EHS部将本手册发至各部门,由各部门负责管理、使用。

c)When there are great changes in the company structure, production process and the outerenvironment, the EHS should apply to change the version and modify the handbook. Itneeds the approval of the general manager before its issue.当公司组织结构、生产工艺或外部环境发生较大变化时,由EHS部申请《职业健康、安全和环境管理手册》进行换版,并负责组织修订,发布前必须经过总经理批准。

d)The handbook holders should study it earnestly and take care of it. If it was lost, the oneshould be criticized. And it is can applied to be supplied by EHS after the approval of therepresentative.手册的持有者应认真学习,妥善保管本手册,不得乱涂乱划。

如有遗失,应接受批评处理,并可申请补发,经管理者代表批准后,由EHS按相关规定进行补发。

e)When the handbook holder leave our company, he should return it to EHS手册的持有者调离本公司时,应将手册交回EHS部并记录。

1.3Company Organization Chart/公司组织结构图2Definitions and terms /术语和定义2.1The definitions and terms below are suitable in this handbook/下列标准中的术语和定义适用于本手册GB/T24001—2004 Environmental Management System Requirements and Operating Guide《环境管理体系要求及使用指南》GB/T28001—2001 Occupational Health and safety Management System and Standard《职业健康安全管理体系规范》2.2Terms/专业术语2.2.1Occupational Health and safety Management System/职业健康安全管理体系It is a part of the whole management system to manage the risks related to theoccupational health and safety. It includes the organizations which is used to draw up,implement, realize, evaluate and keep the guideline of the occupational health and safetysystem, and the planning activities, the responsibilities, customs, process, and resources.总的管理体系的一个部分,便于组织对与其业务相关的职业健康安全风险的管理。

它包括为制定、实施、实现、评审和保持职业健康安全方针所需的组织结构、策划活动、职责、惯例、程序、过程和资源。

2.2.2Accidents/事故The unforeseen situation can cause death, disease, injury, damage and other accidents.造成死亡、疾病、伤害、损坏或其他损失的意外情况。

2.2.3Incidents/事件It is the situation may be caused.导致或可能导致事故的情况。

PS: If the results did not include the disease, injury, damage and other incidents, it is called “near-miss” in English. The term “incident” includes “near-misses”.注:其结果未产生疾病、伤害、损坏或其他损失的事件在英文中还可称为“near-miss”。

英文中,术语“incident”包含“near-misses”。

2.2.4Hazard/危险源It is the root or the state may be caused by disease, property damage, environmental damage, and so on.可能导致伤害或疾病、财产损失、工作环境破坏或这些情况组合的根源或状态。

2.2.5Hazard identification/危险源辨识It is the process to identify the existence of the hazard and the features of it.识别危险源的存在并确定其特性的过程。

2.2.6Mismatch/不符合A ny departure from the standards, customs, process, legislation and management systemcan cause disease, property damage, environmental damage, and so on.任何与工作标准、惯例、程序、法规、管理体系绩效等的偏离,其结果能够直接或间接导致伤害或疾病、财产损失、工作环境破坏或这些情况的组合。

2.2.7Risks/风险某一特定危险情况发生的可能性与后果的组合。

2.2.8Risk assessment/风险评价It is a whole process to assess the risks and definite if it is tolerable.评估风险大小以及确定风险是否在可容忍的全过程。

2.2.9Tolerable risk s/可容许风险Reduce the risks to the tolerable situation according to the legal obligation and the occupational health and safety policy of the organization.根据组织的法律义务和职业健康安全方针,已降至组织可接受的程度的风险。

2.2.10Interested parties/相关方They refer to the persons or organizations related to the occupational health and safety performance or were influenced the performance.与组织的职业健康安全绩效有关的或受其职业健康安全绩效影响的个人或团体。

2.2.11Corrective actions/纠正措施The actions implemented to remove the mismatch causes which have been found.为消除已发现的不符合的原因所采取的措施。
