2010年上海世博会公益行动方案
行动名称：创设低碳生活基金
行动背景：社会的可持续性发展不仅在于以高端的科学技术为强大后盾，更在于一种根植入人们价值观中的生活理念来维续。
让社会更和谐，让城市更精彩，让生活更美好，青年责无旁贷！
行动主题：世界的青年，青年的世界
行动目标：培养节能环保意识和低碳生活理念，让世界变得纯净美好！
行动方案：由世博组委会创设“低碳生活基金”，并成立相应的基金管理组织。
基金将来源于世界各国青年（18——50岁）因励行低碳生活而节约下来的资金捐赠，可定于每年6月份为低碳生活月，6月份的最后一天为基金捐赠日。
凡在此月中或因节水、节电、节能等省下的钱，或因充分利用废旧物资而省下的钱，或因消费环保产品（替代原耗能产品）而省下的钱，等等，自我估算，不论多少，不限数额，均凭个人意愿向“基金组织”捐赠。
基金可用于资助全球公益性节能环保行动（需设定相应的申报审批流程）。
此行动的重要意义在于青年以身作则，培育全社会节能环保意识，养成低碳生活习惯。
和谐美好的社会是由每个人在生活中的每个环节一点一滴建立起来的，只有全民共同去推动，社会才能真正进入低碳生活时代。
至于基金运营，那是锦上添花！

Action Name: Setting up the low-carbon life foundation
Action Background:
The social sustainable development not only depends on the high science and technology, even more maintains by the life style which grow ing in human sense of worth. It’s the youth’s unshirkable responsibility to make the society more harmonious, to make the city more wonderful, and to make the life more beautiful.
Action them: World’s youth, youth’s world
Action objective:
Bringing up the energy-saving and environmental protection consciousness and low-carbon life style to make the world more pure and more beautiful!
Action plan:
The organizing committee of World Expo would set up the “low-carbon life foundation”, and the relevant foundat ion management organization. The foundation would be donated by all the youth(from 18years to 50years) that saving form the low-carbon life. June of every year should be set for the low-carbon life month ,and the last day of June should be set for foundation donation day. All the money which saved by water saving ,electricity saving, energy saving, or saved by making the
most of the junk, and so on, no mater how much ,no limited ,all could be donated to the foundation by personal desire. The foundation could be used to help the global energy-saving and environmental protection activities(after the relative examine and approve procedure).The meaning of this action is to make the youth an example, and cultivate the whole society to set up the energy-saving and environmental protection consciousness, and to get into the habit of low-carbon life. The harmonious and beautiful world would be established by every body during every little bit, and the low-carbon life time need every to promote together. And the foundation operation is no doubt as adding flowers to embroidery.。
