货物运输保险附加险条款本货物运输保险附加险包括常用除外条款（共21条）、常用限制条款（共13条）、常用免赔描述方法（3条）、常用附加条款（共78条），适用于各类货物运输保险。

Without obvious evidence to ascertain that the loss or damage sustained during the period of the policy caused by the risk covered under F.P.A or W.P., the insurance company shall not be responsible for any such loss or damage claim.10 在本保险全程运输中，载货车辆不得超载。
