非常感谢您选择了开元******酒店。此协议是由开元******酒店(乙方)与（甲方）共同订立，在双方授权代表签署及接受后方为有效。

Thanks for choosing New Century Grand Hotel. and New Century Grand Hotel**** set this agreement. It will only be valid when both parties’ representatives agree and sign on it.

1、乙方在受理甲方预订时，甲方须支付宴会费用（含税价）的20%作为定金；甲方若变更或取消任何预订事

项时,甲方应于天前通知乙方，否则乙方可最高收取甲方定金的100%作为违约金。（此条款的定金赔偿率酒店可视情况自定是否再作细分）

When party B accepts the banquet reservation of party A, party B has to ask for 20 percent of the banquet fee （tax included）of party A as deposit. If party A needs to change or cancel the banquet place and the affairs connected with the banquet, party B has the right to ask for100 percent of the deposit of party A as compensation.

2、甲方宴会当天，如遇宴会场地有会议时，甲方自带的公司或人员进场布置时间为16：45。宴会有效使用

时间为当日17 时30分至宴会结束,17 时30 分之前场地使用权属于酒店。

During the same day ,if there are some conferences in the banquet location, the marriage decoration team which party A brought from outside to decorate the location at 16:45.The banquet venue utility time is from 17:30 to the end, before 17:30 the banquet venue usage rights belong to hotel.

3、宴会优惠政策中允许甲方可自带的物品，甲方应在宴会当天送至宴会场地，并与餐厅负责人员双方签字确

认。宴会结束，餐厅负责人应将多余物品退回给甲方。如事先未经双方签字确认，则乙方对物品是否缺少遗失概不负责。

In the banquet preferential policy allows the goods which the first party may bring, party A should at the banquet to deliver at the same day to the banquet location, and signs the confirmation with dining room responsible people both sides. The banquet ended, the dining room person in charge should return the unnecessary goods for party A. If has not signed beforehand after both sides the confirmation, party B to goods whether to lack losing not to be generally irresponsible

4、宴会期间，甲方若进行燃放烟花爆竹及其他相关活动等，必须遵守各有关安全准则，否则，由此引起的一

切后果均由甲方自行承担。

Banquet period, party A carries on sets off the fireworks firecracker and other moves and so on related, must observe the related safety criterion. Party A should be responsible for any relative results caused by the mentioned things.

5、甲方须在宴会进行前一天付清保证桌数的所需款项，并在宴会当天结清宴会所有款项.

Party A must pay off fund for the guaranteed the number of tables one day in advance the banquet, and All the concerned bill must be settled in the date of banquet.

6、本协议未尽事宜，由双方协商解决。

If other things that excluded from the agreements happen, the two parties can solve the problems by negotiation.
