根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他相关法律、法规的规定，甲、乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上，就乙方安装排烟设施达成如下协议：
乙方向甲方订购的设备规格型号和数量，以及工程概况：

三、付款方式
签约后预付1500元定金。剩余的2000元经甲方验收合格后一次性付清。增值税专用发票和收据由乙方开具。
乙方应保证风机安装后能解决甲方目前存在的排烟问题，如不能解决，乙方应负责拆除新安装的风机，并无条件退还货款。
本合同如发生争议，双方应及时协商解决，协商不成，可向甲方所在地的人民法院起诉。
本项目风机质量保修期为半年整，排除因人为缺陷造成的电机损坏。

III、Payment Method
Pay 1500 yuan in advance after signing the contract. The remaining 2000 yuan shall be paid in one lump sum after passing the inspection of Party A. Special V AT invoices and receipts shall be issued by Party B.
Party B shall ensure that the installation of the fan can solve Party A's current smoke problems, if not, Party B shall be responsible for dismantling the new installation of the fan, and unconditional refund of the purchase price.
In case of any dispute arising from this contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation in time. If the consultation fails, they may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where Party A is located.
The quality warranty period of the fan of this project is half a year, eliminating the motor damage caused by human defects.
