2．动火作业必须持有此表，接受SCP-JO及现场保安的核查。

The hot work must be equipped with this form and be checked by SCPJO and site security.
3.该审批表有效期为一天，否则即视为无证动火。

The period of validity for this form is one day. Any expiration would be treated as work without permit.。
