Today, weight problems, heart trouble and many forms of cancer are becoming more common because of unhealthy diets. Everywhere, people are thinking about how they can eat more healthily. There are many different answers to this question. Some people think that sugar is bad for your health.Others say that sugar is the best source of energy. Some people eat meat while others are vegetarians. It is difficult to say who is right. Most doc tors agree on one thing, however: you need a balanced diet to stay healthy. The information about your body's needs for fats, proteins, minerals and vitamins can help you decide on the right things to eat and the right amount to eat.
