关于探亲假的期限
《国务院关于职工探亲待遇的规定》第3条规定探亲假期分为以下几种：
（1）探望配偶，每年给予一方探亲假一次，30天。
（2）未婚员工探望父母，每年给假一次，20天，也可根据实际情况，2年给假一次，45天。
（3）已婚员工探望父母，每4年给假一次，20天。
探亲假期是指职工与配偶、父、母团聚的时间，另外，根据实际需要给予路程假。
上述假期均包括公休假日和法定节日在内。
（4）凡实行休假制度的职工（例如学校的教职工），应该在休假期间探亲;如果休假期较短，可由本单位适当安排，补足其探亲假的天数。
各省又有细则：
新疆按照《新人发字[20xx]2号》规定，婚后探亲假三年一趟，比国家规定少一年。
其它还包括职工在退休前可享受一次探望自己的子女、兄弟姐妹等其它地方规定。
