体育暴力论文：体育暴力的预防与控制
【中文摘要】体育运动是世界各国人民共同享有的物质财富和精神财富,体育运动带给人们力与美的享受,使人们拥有了强健的体魄,同时也增进了各国、各地区人们之间的了解与友谊。
在当代人们的生活中体育担任着重要的角色,丰富了人们的精神文化生活,是国家精
神文明建设的重要组成部分。
但是伴随着体育运动的发展也出现了一些负面的不和谐因素。
例如,体育暴力事件、兴奋剂和种族歧视等。
而在当今体育暴力更是愈演愈烈,成为竞技体育运动最难以解决的问题之一,如球员之间斗殴、球迷之间的骚乱、球员与球迷之间的争斗、运动员遭枪杀等等。
这些事件都是与体育运动倡导的的精神相违背的,增加了社会的不稳定因素,同时也阻碍了体育运动自身的良性发展。
为了规范体育行为,打击体育暴力事件,我们不仅要进行理论上的探索,还要从实践出发防范体育暴力事件的再次发生。
体育暴力具有隐蔽性、参与人员复杂性等诸多特征；体育暴力不仅包括赛场内运动员与体育观众之间的暴力行为、观众与观众之间的暴力行为；还包括比赛过后运动员与观众、观众与观众之间的暴力行为。
体育暴力的产生有众多的原因,不仅包括社会因素、体育因素还包括心理因素和经济因素等。
面对日益猖獗的体育暴力问题各国、各组织都采取了积极应对的措施,并取得了显著的成就,英国主要通过立法形式对体育暴力
加以规制,欧盟则采用各个国家联合合作的形式,西班牙、阿根廷等国
家也根据本国的具体国情采用了抑制体育暴力的方法,这些国家的防控体育暴力的经验对我国规范体育运动有重大的启示；目前我国对体育暴力并没有专门的法律予以规制,体育立法不足没有形成完善的法律系统,体育俱乐部等组织不能发挥防控体育暴力的功能,这些不足
之处都是我国无法对体育暴力进行有效的抑制；依据我国的具体国情以及结合各国对体育暴力的防控经验,我国可以采取规范体育运动主体的行为、规范体育大众传媒、建立有关体育法律法规、加强体育管理以及心理引导等方法对体育暴力行为进行规制。
【英文摘要】Sports is the world people’s common to enjoy the material and spiritual wealth, power and beauty of sports to bring people to enjoy life, so that people have a strong physique, but also to promote the country, the local people the understanding and friendship each other. Sports in modern people’s life as a more and more important role in the harmonious society, is an important part of spiritual civilization construction.
