[教学目标]
一、知识目标
能够熟练的听、说和认读句型：What are you going to be when you grow up?
I´m going to be an actor.How are you going to do that? I´m going to take acting lessons.
二、能力目标
能运用句型“What are you going to be when you grow up? I´m going to be…How are you going to do that? I´m going to…”与别人进行谈话与交流。

三、情感目标
1. 通过趣味性的活动，激发学生学习英语的热情。

2. 营造积极、和谐的学习氛围，帮助学生建立学习的成就感和自信心。

[教学过程]
一、Warm-up
1、Greetings
2、Asking students a question：What are you going to be when you grow up?…在与学生进行完一个对话后，安排一个pair work.然后叫学生起来展示（设计意图：活跃课堂气氛，调动学生积极性，从而引出本课话题）
二、Presentation
1、T: Today we’ll learn Unit 4 I´m going to be a basketball player.
(1)Looking at the aims
For knowledge…
For ability…
For emotion…
（2）运用句型“What are you going to be when you grow up? I´m going to be…How are you going to do that? I´m going to…”与学生进行对话，然后让学生进行pair work，板书重点句型，再让学生起来展示。

（设计意图：让学生初步整体感知课文，学习新句型，学生学起来生动形象，乐学，易懂）
(3)Listening practice.
听两遍：第一遍Listen.what is Cheng Han going to do?check the correct boxes in the picture.
第二遍Listen again. What are Cheng Han´s plans for the future?Fill in the chart.
（设计意图：进一步巩固句型及课文的学习，目的是使学生能在练习中达到灵活运用。

）
三、Practice.
1、通过师生对话的方式练习句型“What are you going to be when you grow up? I´m going to be…How are you going to do that? I´m going to…”；然后让学生运用学的句型写一篇小作文，学生写完后再展示
2、做练习题。
