第一：考研中常常出现的语法陷阱：
及物动词与宾语往往被状语割裂。

处理时，需要把后面宾语移到动词和状语中间。

第二：英语的比较级结构和简化方法：
一、比较级的种类：
1.This company is as successful as that one. 同级比较
【与……一样地……】
2.This company is more successful than that one. 差级比较
【比……更……
3.This company is the most successful one in this industry. 最高
级比较【最……的】
二、英语比较级与中文比较的重要差别：
1.Perry is as clever as Chris.
2.Perry is as clever as he is handsome.
3.Perry is as clever as Chris is handsome.
三、英文比较级的特殊要求：
S + V + as + adj./adv + as + Ss
S + V + more/less + adj./adv + than + Ss
S + V + the most + adj./adv
Jason is skillful. Jason’s father is skillful.
Jason is as skillful as his father.
Jason is an asshole. Jason’s father is also an asshole.
Jason is as much of an asshole as his father.
Jason is more of an asshole than his father.
Jack is as much of a scholar as his teacher.
四、否定词加入比较级后语义的差别
1.My English is better than my brother’s. 我的英文比我哥哥的
强
2.My English is not better than my brother’s. 我的英文不比我
哥哥强。

3.My English is no better than my brother’s. 我的英文比我哥
强不到哪去（暗示：两人英文都不好）
五、英文复杂比较级的简化
I am taller than you.
简化规则：
1.同级比较中，可以直接把第一个as，和第二个as及其后的
比较对象去掉，剩下的就是句子主干了。

2.差级比较中，可以直接把more去掉，把than和后面的比
较对象去掉，剩下的就是句子主干了。

【如果是less，则在去掉less的同时在句子动词前加not，整个句子语义不变】
People do not seem less interested in success and its signs now than formerly.
Such items do not seem to be in less demand than a decade or two years ago.
He sees the gradual disappearance of ‘whom’to be no more lamentable than the loss of the case-endings of Beowulf era English.。
