3. AZO Dye偶氮燃料测试（根据EN14362-1 general textiles,EN14362-2 polyester,ISO/TS 17234 leather）
4. Colorfastness to water EN ISO105-E01, ISO105, ISO105-B2, ISO105-C06,min.requ.4~5 （including 6 fibre）
水洗色牢度（按照ISO105-E01, ISO105, ISO105-B2, ISO105-C06标准最低要求4~5级）包括对六种纤维沾色，水洗牢度，水洗拼色牢度，象个别敏感颜色（如亮红，蓝色等）可以接受3.5级以上。
5. Color fastness to the color standard D-65 对色标准D-65光源允许3~4级
6. Color blocking (color staining )min.requ.4~5 颜色污染，耐污4~5级
7. Color fastness to rubbing dry and wet EN ISO 105-X 12,min.requ.dey and wet 3 耐磨擦色牢度EN ISO 105-X 12,最少要求干洗4级，湿洗3级
8. Shrinkage (not more than +/-3% for woven and +/-5% for knitted )(ISO 5077/ISO 6330-5A)缩水率：针织不超过5%（含弹性8%），梭织不超过3%
9. Twisting-spirality(in house method)or bow/skew (BS 2819,1990) 扭曲及歪斜量度(适用于针织面料)
10. Pilling resistance （ISO 12945-2）抗起毛起球测试（使用于毛圈布，绒布，摇立绒）at least 3~4 degree.
11. Hydrostatic Pressure Test (静水压) JIS L-1092 A、water resistance (防水) ISO 811 ，Air Permeability(ISO 9237) and Water Vapour Permeability(local fabric should be use ASTM E-96 BW (透气性和透湿性)（使用于指定款如需要）国产面料请用ASTM E-96 BW来检测，防水请用ISO 811
12. E．strength tests.强度测试
Tearing strength 撕裂强力（一般织物需≥10N）请按照国际行业标准对不同克重面料相对应的牛力也会不一样
a.Elmendorf 冲击百锤法(适用梭织无弹性面料)
b.double-rip 双舌法或者wing-rip 翼形法（适用于梭织有弹性面料如soft-shell）
13. Bonding strength 粘合强力ISO 2411 (至少10N，克重不同，扭力也不一样)bonding strength of fabric must not be decreased after 20 cycles of washing with the temperature 30°C with each cycle 90 minutes
.成品面料洗水标准必须至少20个循环，时间为90分钟，温度30°C
14. 对拉链成分要求：需不含偶氮（AZO）不含镍（国际标准范围内）可过检针器
zipper requirements: to be non-azo (AZO)and nickel (inside of international standards) can through Needle detector device
拉链功能：过哮素洗，防酸洗，过检针，过拉链ITS测试，无毒环保
Zipper features:pass garment washing, anti-acid, through Needle detector,pass tested ITS zipper, non-toxic environmental protection
拉链必须要通过拉链强度测试zipper strength（ASTM D2061）,拉链耐用度Druability of zipper（BS3084）和拉链柄扭距力测试Torque test for zipper puller（ASTM D2061）
15. 缝纫线，装饰线及绣花线的耐洗沾色色牢度不小于3~4级
Sewing thread, embroidery thread and decorative line staining of color fastness to washing is not less than 3 ~ 4
16. 所有成衣洗水，成衣染色等需要对成衣做后处理步骤的款式，覆粘合衬部位必须要用洗
水衬，成品覆粘合衬部位的剥离强力部不小于6N，避免局部起泡脱胶等现象发生All washing style, garment dyed style, such as the need for post-processing steps style,must follow to use special washing Interlining ,product can’t less than 6N, avoid partial foaming Degumming.
17. 裤子后裆缝接缝强力：面料不小于140N，里料不小于80N
Back rise of seam strength: fabric is not less than 140N, lining not less than 80N。
