What is a Drawing?
A Drawing Document file has extension CATDrawing and is identified by the file extension.

Drawing Documents (CATDrawing) can be created in various ways. 1- Start menu
2- File menu
3- Workbench Icon
What are the different types of Views?
1. Views can be associative (linked to 3D parts) or Unassociative (unlinked from a 3D part). a. Associative (Linked) Views to a 3D part are called GENERATED VIEWS. b. Unassociative (Unlinked) Views to a 3D part are called DRAW VIEWS.
Each toolbar contains objects related to specific tasks.Objects within these toolbars are compressed and can be expanded for accessing additional functionalities.

Sheet:单张图纸，可包括多个投影视图（View）。 View:画法几何中的投影视图，可分主视图（Front View） 、辅助视图、局部视图等。 Detail Sheet:可存放多个组件（component）的图纸。 Component:可看作在图纸中可重复使用的图块。 Background和Working Views:Catia中一张图纸（sheet ）可分为背景（Background）和工 作视图（Working Views），背景放置多张图纸共有的元素，如图框和标题栏等 ，工作视图放置工程图的主要内容，如投影视图和文字说明 等，是每张图纸都不同的。两者可相互切换，编辑时互不干 扰。
