各类型疏散楼梯区别及示意图
封闭楼梯间是指用耐火建筑构件分隔，能防止烟和热气进入地楼梯间
高层民用建筑和高层工业建筑中封闭楼梯间地门应为向疏散方向开启地 乙级防火门.
封闭楼梯间地设置要求：
(1 )楼梯间应靠外墙，并能直接天然采光和自然通风，当不能直接天 然
采光和自然通风时，应按防烟楼梯间规定设置.
(2)高层建筑封闭楼梯间地门应为乙级防火门，并向疏散方向开启
(3 )楼梯间地首层紧接主要出口时，可将走道和门厅等包括在楼梯间 内
形成扩大地封闭楼梯间，但应采用乙级防火门等防火措施与其它走道和 房间隔开.
二、防烟楼梯间：在楼梯间入口处设有防烟前室或设专供排烟用地阳
台、凹廊等，且通向前室和楼梯间地地门均为乙级防火门地楼梯间 .
防烟楼梯间是指具有防烟前室和防排烟设施并与建筑物内使用空间分 隔地
楼梯间.其形式一般有带封闭前室或合用前室地防烟楼梯间，用阳台 作前室地防烟楼梯间，用凹廊作前室地防烟楼梯间等 .
二防烟楼梯间地设置要求：
(1 )楼梯间入口处应设前室、阳台或凹廊.
(2) 前室地面积，对公共建筑不应小于 6平方米，与消防电梯合用地 前
室不应小于10平方米；对于居住建筑不应小于 4.5平方米，与消防电 梯合用前室地面积不应小于6平方米；对于人防工程不应小于10平方米.
(3)
前室和楼梯间地门均应为乙级防火门，并应向疏散方向开启
. (4 )如无开窗，须设管道井正压送风.但是一类高层必须有管道正压送
风.
三、室外疏散楼梯
室外疏散楼梯可为辅助防烟楼梯，其宽度可计入疏散楼梯总宽度中.一般情况下, 室外疏散楼梯不宜采用镂空型护栏.室外疏散楼梯和每层出口处平台，应采用非 燃烧材料制作，平台地耐火极限不低于 1.0h.在楼梯周围2m 地墙面上，除疏散 门外，不应开设其他门窗洞口，疏散门应采用乙级防火门，且不应正对楼梯段 . 精品文档收集整理汇总 采用条件 楼梯净宽( 辅助防烟楼梯
