2、永安建制一一发展【初步建立起政权组织】口诀“东西南北翼，杨萧冯韦石，虽然都是王，皆受东王制”3、定都天京一一壮大【正式建立与清朝对峙的革命政权】概况：1853.3攻占南京，改为天京，作为都城，颁布建国纲领一一《天朝田亩制度》：内容：不分男女，按人口和年龄平均分配土地目的：建立“有田同耕，有饭同食，有衣同穿，有钱同使，无处不均匀，无人不保暖”的理想社会（“四有两无”）结果：没有实行。
评价：主张在小生产的基础上废除私有制和平均社会财富，是不可能实现的。
4、北伐、西征一一高潮【军事上进入全盛时期】5、天京事变一一转折【太平天国由盛转衰】1856年6、重整国政——防御（1）提拔洪仁玕总理朝政。
《资政新篇》提出向西方学习，改革内政等一系列政治、经济、文化、外交主张。
【是先进的中国人最早提出的在中国发展资本主义的方案】（2）提拔军事将领陈玉成、李秀成等。
取得浦口、三河大捷，但未能从根本上改变军事上的不利局面。
7、天京陷落一一失败1864年三、失败原因1、农民阶级的局限性2 、战略失误3、中外反动势力的联合绞杀【曾国藩一一湘军；李鸿章一一淮军；华尔一一洋枪队等】四、历史意义1、是中国历史上规模最宏大的一次农民战争。
2、坚持斗争14年，转战大半个中国，沉重打击了清朝统治和外国侵略势力，谱写了中国近代史上壮烈的一章。
五、启示由于阶级和时代的局限性，农民阶级不能领导中国革命取得胜利。
六、如何评价《天朝田亩制度》？为什么不能实现？积极性：它反映了当时广大贫苦农民强烈地反对地主阶级残酷剥削的要求，以及获得土地、追求平等平均的理想社会的渴望。
局限性：《天朝田亩制度》主张在小生产的基础上废除私有制和平均社会财富，违背了历史发展的潮流，是不可能实现的，实际上也没有实行。
