【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of health education to the relatives of retinoblastoma （RB） child. Methods 60 cases of family relatives in RB inpatients in the ophthalmology department of our hospital were collected and performed the health education. The characters of RB family relatives with health education and RB family relatives without health education were investigated and compared by self-made data. Results Compared with the non health education group，the family relatives of the health education group had statistical difference in the aspects of psychological status ，understanding of the disease and prognosis，knowledge of diet，nursing of the artificial eye，review over time and genetic counseling（P<0.05）. Conclusion Health education on the relatives of RB children enable them to obtain a good way to eliminate anxiety and fear ，and a good knowledge of the disease，to provide nursing and assistance effectively，to actively cooperate with treatment，improve the therapeutic effect，and to prompt the nurses to keep on learning，improve their professional quality and health education capability，to improve the satisfaction of the family relatives to the quality of medical care.

视 网 膜 母 细 胞 瘤 （retinoblastoma ，RB）是 一 种 起 源 于 视 网 膜 核 层 原 始 细 胞 的 恶 性 肿 瘤 ，具 有 遗 传 性 和 家 族 性 [1]，是 婴 幼 儿 最 常 见 的眼内恶性肿瘤[2]，未 经 治 疗 死 亡 率 为 100%，占 儿 童 至 盲 原 因 的 5%[3]，病 者 大 多 为 婴 幼 儿 ， 因 为 患 儿 大 多 无 法 主 诉 不 适 ， 但 是 因 为 受癌症的打击和其他因素的影响，患儿家属常常不知道他们能发 挥什么作用，不知道怎样给患儿提供支援和帮助，必须要护士对 其 进 行 指 导 。为 探 讨 健 康 教 育 对 RB 患 儿 亲 属 的 影 响 ，本 文 选 择 了 2011 年 3~11 月 本 院 眼 科 确 诊 为 RB 的 住 院 患 儿 家 属 60 例 ， 通过自制资料，针对 RB 家属进行健康教育和未对 RB 家属进行健 康教育的特点进行调查对比，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一 般 资 料 将 本 院 眼 科 收 治 的 确 诊 为 RB 的 住 院 患 儿 家 属 60 例随机分为两组，教育组对 患儿给予治疗的同时，对其家属 进 行心理、饮食的指导，安装义眼的护理，出院指导，遗传咨询工作 等内容进行健康教育，教育方式有个别教育、集体教育、书面及板 报教育、操作示范等。未教育组对患儿给予治疗的同时，对患儿家 属 未 进 行 健 康 教 育 。入 选 标 准 ：（1）必 须 是 患 儿 的 父 母 、 爷 爷 、 奶 奶 或外公、外婆；（2）必须与患儿生活在一起 ，承担着对患儿长期的 基 本照顾 ；（3）年 龄 大 于 18 岁 ，有 阅 读 理 解 能 力 ，自 愿 参 加 。调 查 对象年龄为 20～60 岁，文化程度最高为博士，最低为小学 。 1.2 调查方法 根据两组调查对象的心理状态，对患儿疾病的认 识，对疾病预后的理解，对手术前、后及化疗饮食的了解，对安装 义眼的护理、复查时间、遗传咨询等方面进行调查，通过询问、直 接交谈等方法进行了解、记录。

健康教育对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿亲属的影响

【摘 要】 目的 探讨健康教育对视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma，RB）患儿亲属的影响。 方法 收集眼科 收治确诊 为 RB 住院患儿家属 60 例，通过自制资料，针对 RB 家属进行健康教育和未对 RB 家属进行 健康教育的特点进行调查对 比。 结果 与未对 RB 家属进行健康教育组比较，进行健康教 育组患儿亲属在心理状态、对患儿疾病的认识、疾病预后的 理解、饮食的了 解 、安 装 义 眼 的 护 理 、复 查 时 间 、遗 传 咨 询 等 方 面 差 异 均 有 统 计 学 意 义 （P＜0.05）。 结 论 对 RB 患 儿 亲 属 进行健康教育，能使他们获得消除焦虑、恐惧的方法以及疾病的相关知识，并有效地向患儿提供护理和帮助，使之积极配 合治疗，提高治疗效果，并促使护士不断学习，提高业务素质和健康教育能力及家属对医疗护理质量的满意度。
