项目目标:促进中国企业提高企业社会责任意识,为中国在企业社 会责任领域内的标准建立和合格评定体系建设工作开展基础工作。 Promoting the CSR awareness raising of Chinese enterprises, and prepare the basis for the establishment of Standards and Conformity Assessment System in the field of CSR in China 主要活动:包括一系列调研、研讨会、专家小组工作和中欧双方的 交流活动。 Main activities: Including a series of investigations, seminars, expert group works and exchange activities between China and EU.

具体目标: A. 搜集并汇总目前欧盟国家中企业社会责任领域内的标准和要求,将其中与中国企 业有直接或潜在关系的标准与要求翻译成中文,将翻译后的标准汇集成册出版。 B.将欧盟国家中企业社会责任领域内的标准和要求的内容,与中国现行法律法规中 的有关规定进行比较,将比较结果形成书面报告,供有关方面使用。 C.根据中国企业的实际情况,起草供一般中国企业使用的企业社会责任方面,特 别是劳工标准方面的专家建议草案。 D.根据中国社会和经济发展的实际,研究中国在企业社会责任领域内的标准化工 作和合格评定体系建设工作方面应采取的策略,形成书面报告,供政府决策部门参 考。 Specific objectives of the action: - Collect and evaluate the CSR standards adopted in EU, translate those ones which have significant present or potential influence to China and publish them publicly. - Conduct comparative study between European CSR standards and the corresponding requirements in Chinese laws and regulations, draft a study report and provide to parties concerned. - Draft a CSR Expert Recommendation suitable for general Chinese enterprises based on the actual situation in China in the aspect. - Based on the situation of social and economic development in China, conduct study on the strategy that China should adopt in the process of establishment of standards and conformity assessment system in CSR field. Write a recommendation report for the government decision-making.
