冠词的分类
冠词分为不定冠词a, an 和定冠词the 。

不定冠词a ，an
★ a ，an 均用在单数名词前，表示某类人和事物中的“一个”，相当于汉
语的“一”，但不强调数目。

★ a 用在辅音前，an 用在元音前。

如：a boy ，a book ， an egg ， an apple
注意： 1〉u 读 /ju:/，首音/ j/是辅音，故前用a ，不用an
如：a useful book ，a university
2〉在umbrella 中，u 发/ ʌ /，/ ʌ /是元音，故为an umbrella 3〉字母h 若不发音，首音又是元音，前面用an 而不用a ， 如：an hour
