2.二次侧管路(High Pressure)：
制程气体经由调压阀转换成低压状态后再输出至气柜以外的系统（如VMB）， 这部分称为二次侧管路，主要功能在于管制制程气体的供应，若连接一次侧 与二次侧的调压阀失去作用，将会使这部份管路的低压阀件造成损坏，因此 在二次侧管路的出口端是采用高压的手动阀以避免输出高压的制程气体。

管线/路配置(1)
1.一次侧管路(High Pressure)：
一般是以钢瓶入口至调压阀这段管路称做一次侧管路，由于这个区段的管路 压力最大，因此再与其他部分连接时，应装设逆止阀或调压阀来阻止高压气 体进入低压区域，避免损害低压阀件。
吹净管路：Auto-welding butt type Using elbow with welding.
抽气管路：Auto-welding butt type Instrument Pipe：Quick Connection.
