网版印刷原理
• Small screen engravings are stamped into the cylinder (approx. 80 mio per cylinder).印刷辊上刻有微小的筛纹网格(约80,000,000个/辊) • The printing ink fills the screen engravings. 印刷油墨填入网格 • The doctor blade scrapes the surplus ink. 刮墨刀除去多余的油墨 • During printing process the colour from the screen engravings is passed on to the foil. 印刷中辊上的颜色转印至薄膜
