6(10)KV变配电系统调试方案Schem e of 6KV transformer station system testl、编制说明I nstruction为确保供电的可靠性，6KV变配电系统，通常设计为两段单母线双回路电源供电，由母联断路器将其二段连结，可分段或并联运行。
本方案针对此运行方式编写，适合国内工程项目，现场可结合实际情况予以参考。

3、工程概况In troduction3．1、系统的运行方式R unning m ode of system6KV两段进线，来自同一系统，Ⅰ、Ⅱ段母线由母线联络柜联结。
母联设有BZY备用电源自投装置，可分别选择两段母线分段或一进线带二线。
Join two buses with bus united section switch in which install BZT母线馈线变压器若干台和高压电动机若干台。
母线侧无发电机，二次系统无同期回路。
3．2、主要设备实物工程量用表格列出变压器、电动机、高压开关柜，控制、保护、信号盘柜等主要设备的台件数量、规格型号。

技术参数T echnical param eter用表格的形式列出主设备电气性能参数，继电保护整定值，有特殊要求设备的技术参数。
本方案不包括高压电动机及低压系统的调试。

技术资料准备，熟悉会审图纸。
Preparation for equipm ent, material and instrum ent and datum before work, then familiar with drawing电气设备的高压试验HV test for equipm ent盘柜的外观检查，元器件复核，盘内线校核。
Visual and coating inspection, Check internal com ponent and connection wire保护继电器及综合保护单元校验整定，计量表计的校验。
Test and adjustm ent for protect-delay and Measuring-m eter盘柜间二次联络线校核。
Secondary connect wire inspection between panel直流盘柜调试。
中央信号系统调试。
进线柜、母联柜本体调试。
Test for DC panel, central signal system , and test for single of supply power panel and busPT柜二次回路的调试。
交流二次回路计量表计、线路调试。
交流二次保护回路调试Secondary circuit test of PT panel, AC secondary circuit measuring-meter and join wire test and protective system test进线、母联及公用系统与微机远控监测、保护、信号整组试验（BZT）。
变压器控制、保护、信号回路与微机系统远控监测整组试验。

Record report, Check all testing then power5、调试工作的工艺及技术要求Test program1高压一次电气设备试验：HV test of primary equipm ent高压一次电气设备试验包括变压器、断路器（油、真空、六氟化硫断路器）电流互感器、电压互感器、避雷器、电力电缆、绝缘子、电容器、而离开关等。
试验项目及试验的标准按照国标GB50150－91执行，主要的试验方法参照《高压电器试验方法》。
Dem and and item0f HV primary equipm ent according with GB50150-91, the equipm ent consist of transform er, CT and PT panel, arrester , insulator, capacitor, isolate switch and so on常规的几种试验方法：Following test m ethoda、绝缘电阻的测试。
按照被试设备的额定电压等级选择兆欧表，正常情况下待表指示稳定后读取测试值，特殊情况下指60S时的测试值。
注意将兆欧表的L端子接被试物、E 接地、G端接屏蔽层位置。

试验时注意复核接线和设备接地的连接。
检查试验器过流保护整定值，正确选择试验器的容量，试验时宜采用静电电压表监视一次侧电压或球隙放电器和保护用水电阻串人试验器高压侧。
Check the connection wire and earthling of equipm ent when test AC withstanding voltage, Check over-current protect setting value of tester and pick tester capability correctly, Take static voltage-m eter observing primary voltage or serried with water-resistance and ball-gap discharger in HV side.c、直流漏泄试验。
试验时注意接线正确，观察漏泄电流的变化，升压时要均匀。
耐压试验后要放电。
注意不同设备的耐压时间。
Uniform raising voltage when DC leakage test, discharge after tested. Different equipm ent has different withstanding voltage tim e.d、金属氢化物避雷器试验。
可依据设备出厂的技术文件，最好采用专用试验设备检查ImA电流时的电压U ImA；。
和0.75U ImA；时的电流I。
做完测试后可再测绝缘电阻。
将其与厂家技术文件比较，确认是否合格。
Record the U1mA and circuit value at 0.75 U1mA with the personal tester when test diverter, Ins. Resistance inspection after teste、断路器的试验。
可采用高压开关参数测试仪试验，测试记录有关的参数，并与厂家文件比较确认是否满足要求。
注意测量合闸线圈、合间接触器、跳闸线圈的直流电阻及合、跳闸接触器的最低动作电压，以确认其动作的可靠性。
Circuit Breaker test with HV switch tester , measure DC resistance of close/open coil and close contactor, m easure the Min. close/open voltagef、变压器、互感器的变比试验。
Ratio test变压器变比试验可采用对比法或专用变比组别测试仪试验。
电压互感器可采用标准比较法试验。
电流互感器可采用比较法测试或用专用测试仪器测试。
注意测试点的选择。
With either contrast or tester when check the ratio of transformer and CT and PTg、电容器的试验。
电容器的交流耐压试验后，要注意放电。
耐压位置取极间对地及外壳。
Discharge after capacitor test, AC withstanding voltage position at pole to E or shell2保护继电器的校验P rotective relay test试验项目及技术参数见《保护继电器校验》。
对于特殊继电器的试验项目及标准可参考厂家技术文件。
常用继电器的一般校验项目及方法：Following the item and method for test common relaya、中间、信号继电器Intermediate Signal Relay Test①外观检查②线圈直流电阻测试③电气特性试验④绝缘性能测试校验时，其动作值及返回值应取三次试验结果的平均值。
