国家级·胶州经济技术开发区简介胶州经济技术开发区是青岛市两个国家级开发区之一，地处胶州沿海区域，腹地辽阔，总面积697.7平方公里，分为启动区、核心区和拓展区。
拥有25公里的海岸线和保护完好的生态湿地环境，具备丰富的生态与景观资源。
2012年12月升级为国家级经济技术开发区。
Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, one of the two nation-level development zones of Qingdao City, located in Jiaozhou coastal area with the vast hinterland, covering a total area of 697.7 square kilometers, is divided into the starting area, the core area and the expansion area. Endowed with 25 km coastline and well-preserved ecological wetland environment, as well as a wealth of ecological and landscape resources, it was upgraded as a national-level economic and technological development zone in December 2012.拓展区：总面积697.7平方公里，自南至北、由东向西依次布局新兴产业区、生物医药产业区、车船配套产业区、城市核心区、生态旅游区、空港产业区（临空经济区）、重型装备制造区、现代生态农业区。
核心区：总面积214平方公里，重点布局新兴产业区、生物医药产业区、车船配套产业区。
启动区：启动区涵盖产业新区、少海新城、王家滩片区三大区块，总面积102平方公里，其中，陆域面积81.6平方公里，海域滩涂面积20.4平方公里，布局为新兴产业区。

Starting area: covering 3 regions of the Industry New Zone, Shaohai New City and Wangjiatan area, with a total area of 102 square kilometers, including the land area of 81.6 square kilometers, the beach area of 20.4 square kilometers, planned to be a zone of new emerging industry.一、功能定位Function Position目前，胶州经济技术开发区重点围绕启动区进行招商引资工作。
启动区按照构建国家级生态工业示范园区的标准要求，秉承绿色、智能、低碳发展理念，确定“六区五中心”功能定位，自北向南依次布局。

少海新城规划总面积16平方公里，其中水域面积6.28平方公里，形成了以“两湖、一带、三岛、多片区”的主体框架，是青岛城市重要休闲旅游度假基地。
重点围绕奥特莱斯、板桥镇和健康城等进行招商。

Shaohai New City, with the planning area of 16 square kilometers, including the water area of 6.28 square kilometers, forming the main framework of “two lakes, 3 islands and multi areas”, is an important leisure and tourism resort base of Qingdao City. The investment promotion focuses on Outlets, Banqiao Town and Healthy City.2.保税物流功能区主要依托原环胶州湾高速公路以南产业新区二期区域，集聚发展综合物流和保税物流项目，打造全国汽车整车及零配件、游艇、酒水进出口总部中心。
目前，传化公路港、普洛斯物流和加多宝凉茶项目已落户该区域。
The bonded logistics functional area is mainly relying on the Phase II of Industry New Zone, which is located in the south of the former Jiaozhou Bay Expressway, comprehensive logistics with bonded logistics project, to build a headquarter center for automobile and spare parts, yachts, wine import and export. Currently, Transfar Road port, GLP and JDB herbal tea projects have been settled in this area.3.省级蓝色高端制造业基地主要依托产业新区一期区域，充分发挥我市船用锅炉、船艇、冷链集装箱、海洋电力装备企业形成的产业基础优势，重点在海洋装备产业突破一批重大共性关键技术和核心技术，以蓝色高端产业技术为引领，大力发展精密机械、家电电子、高新技术、节能环保等产业。
目前，中集冷链产业园项目已落户该区域。

Currently, CIMC cold chain industrial park has settled in this area..4.科技创新孵化区主要依托产业新区临海滨河亲湖区域，发挥区位交通和环境优势，根据产业发展定位，以大型企业地区总部、企业研发中心等为主导，选准核心技术、关键技术，积极引进与先进制造业相关的科研院所、高等院校设立研发机构、孵化器、中试基地，为企业发展提供系统集成技术、先进工艺、智能控制等支持，补充完善企业技术链条，实现创新资源优化配置，建设区域性科技创新体系。
