人教新目标七年级英语国际音标教学设计英语共有48个音素，其中元音音素20个，辅音音素28个。
英语辅音和元音在语言中的作用相当于汉语中的生母和韵母。
记录英语音素的符号叫做音标。
音标放在两条斜线（//），以免和字母混淆。
第一课时教学目标：1.学会20个元音音素的读和写 2.了解什么叫重读开音节。
3.学习五个元音字母在重读开音节中的读音。
4.熟练掌握重读开音节的拼读规则。

4．注意音标发音的诀窍：[a：]长元音口腔打开，嘴张大，舌身放平，舌尖不抵下齿，下巴放低，。
[ɔ：]长元音双唇收得小而圆，并向前突出，舌身往后缩。
[i：]长元音嘴角微微张开舌尖抵下齿，嘴角向两边张开流露出微笑的表情，与字母E的发音相同[e]短元音嘴型扁平，舌尖抵下齿，舌前部稍抬起。
[u：]长元音嘴形小而圆，微微外突，舌头尽量后缩。
[u]短元音嘴巴张开略向前突出，嘴形稍微收圆并放松。
[ә：]长元音嘴形扁平，上下齿微开，舌身放平，舌中部稍抬起。
[ә] 短元音嘴唇微微张开，舌身放平，舌中部稍微抬起，口腔自然放松发声。
5．通过游戏，轻松学音标(一人说，一人猜）。
三、合作交流1．小组内相互读音标。
2．小组讨论，除了书上和老师列举的这些单词，尽可能多的列举其他单词。
