该仪器采用国标GB/T15441-1995的方法,以发光细菌和样品反应时的发光强度变化来快速准确地测试出样品的毒性,毒谱范围含盖上千种潜在的毒性物质。
可来代替传统的用鱼类或其它标准动物所进行的毒理学试验。
该系统广泛用于饮用水系统安全、应急评估及多种污染物毒性测定,可预警重大水污染事件,如水质瞬间大幅度变化,人为投毒等引起的急性中毒事件;同时可预警一般性污染事件以及慢性中毒事件。
Lumifox8000 co-developed by Shenzhen Labsun bio-instrument Co.,Ltd , Nanjing University and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), is thefirst online water quality toxicity monitoring system developed in China which adopt luminous bacteria method. This instrument,compliant with national standard GB/T15441-1995, fast and precisely detects thousands of potential contaminants through measuring the luminescence before and after exposition and calculating the inhibition. Luminous bacteria method can replace typical toxicology experiment which uses fish or other animals in laboratory.
