1、Summary（Why and how you design your project?）:
1)As a Disney’s representative, we have an obligation to introduce
something about Disney. According to each other’s contract we have some different opinions. Then we discuss and make a negotiation.
2)to define the team’s task

B.the introduction of International Leasing Contract points
C.Negotiate the contract with Disney
3)to assign the job
First, we have to understand what indeed the "International Leasing Contract" is and the main points of International Leasing Contract. Thus, we find some information on it from the following aspects :
A.the regulations of International Leasing Contract
B.the general situation of International Leasing
C.the natures of International Leasing Contract
D.the difference between International Leasing Contract and the
other contracts
E.the main clauses of International Leasing Contract
After that, we sum up these aspects and present it into two parts.
Second, for the smoothly of the project, we have to find some information of the general situation of Disney. It’s benefit for us to negotiate with Disney team.
Besides, aimed to link the contract with practice, we find some information about International Tourism Industry and the Tourism Industry of Ghana. And it becomes a part of the project presentation to the introduction of International Amusement Park Industry.
Finally, we must search some simulate International Leasing Contract for reference to make our contract details. According to the main clauses of the contract, we find some instances to set up scenarios for our contract negotiation after discussing with Disney team. What’s more, we try to present our PPT and negotiate the project lively and properly to concentrate audience’s attention.
