Whatever your salary and career prospect is, doing a job you enjoy makes a difference in how well you perform it. In other words, having high job satisfaction can help job-hunters become a better worker. We need find the job orientation that we really love. This summer, I worked as a part-timer at a fast-food restaurant, however, I could not stand serving so many customers, especially young children. All I thought about was when I could be finished and get to go home. Because I did not like this job, and I was not very good at it. So, many customers often complained about the service I provided. Not being happy with one's job frequently results in poor work.
In an acquisitive society, being satisfied with your job makes it more meaningful than any amount of money you can make. In fact, if one people thinks he or she is employed in a meaningful job, going to work every day will be so easy. And you will not care about job-hopping. My uncle is a businessman, and his wife is a teacher. He makes a lot more money than her, but he is not very happy with his job. Every morning, he feels like he goes to war since he is pressured to compete with other companies. But his wife is totally fulfilled by her job despite the fact that she makes a little salary. She always finds it pleasant to go to teach her students. It proves that job satisfaction is more crucial to happiness than a high salary.
People who are happy at work have much less stress than those who dislike their jobs. Happiness is definitely one of the best treatments for stress. I often hear people complaining about their jobs. They complain about their bosses and salaries. They have too much stress. On the other hand, my aunt loves his job and rarely has any stress. This seems to make her much happier and healthier than most people.
In conclusion, it is more important that young people should be free to choose a job he or she enjoy. Being satisfied with one's job, and having less stress are all more valuable than having a so called career prospect. When having a job selection, young people should select what they enjoy, not what has be well-paid.。
