M23型高保坍聚羧酸减水剂产品描述M23型高保坍聚羧酸减水剂，是江苏奥莱特新材料有限公司研制开发的具有碱反应活性的羧酸类接枝共聚物混凝土外加剂，具有超强保坍功能。
产品对混凝土配制材料适应性强，掺量低。
特别适用于需要长时间流动性保持，高温保坍，中低坍落度保持，预制泵送等混凝土工程。
产品特点高保坍性，混凝土坍落度和扩展度最长五小时内基本无损失，混凝土初、终凝时间根据施工要求延长5~12小时。
与高减水的M1系列复配使用，能更好地满足混凝土拌合物的工作性能和保证硬化混凝土的最终性能。
极低的碱含量，不含氯离子，对钢筋无腐蚀作用，改善混凝土的耐久性。
适应性强，产品适应于多种规格、强度等级的水泥，与矿渣、粉煤灰等活性掺合料配伍性好。
产品性能稳定，无毒无污染，长期贮存不分层，冬季不结晶。
应用范围适合于炎热天气条件下施工的大体积混凝土、自密实混凝土、中低坍落度混凝土、高强度混凝土等。
适用于各类标号的预制、管桩、泵送、长距离运输、流态混凝土，中、高标号混凝土及超高强度混凝土。
适用于工业与民用建筑、道路、桥梁、港口码头、机场、高速铁路等工程建设的预制和现浇混凝土，钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土。
使用方法推荐掺量：为胶凝材料用量的0.2～1.2%。
加入方式：与水搅拌均匀后，与水一起倒入搅拌机内。
使用前建议进行配合比实验，确定最佳掺量。
在水泥变更品种时，应做相容性实验。
与其他外加剂混合使用前必须经实验确定。
注意事项在水泥变更品种或新进水泥时，应做水泥兼容性检验。
必须按实验配合比正确计算，浇筑混凝土时应严格按施工规范操作。
不得与萘系外加剂复合使用。
当与其它外加剂复合使用时，应检验其适应性；与常规混凝土工程一样，必须按施工规范加强养护。
凡是冬期施工的混凝土，建议采取用草包、塑膜进行覆盖等防冻保温措施，并按施工规范加强养护。
包装存储可采用罐车或塑料吨桶（1吨/桶）运装，也可根据用户要求作特殊包装。
本产品质保期一年，在质保期内如果有沉淀，应搅匀后使用，不影响效果。
盛装本产品容器必须密封，防止曝晒，防止受冻。
