签订本合同，并保证遵守合同中所规定的各项条款。
Party B is willing to provide sevices for Party A as a
foreign teacher. The two parties sign the contract in the
basis of friendly cooperation and fulfil the clauses.

III.乙方的报酬
1.乙方在甲方工作期间的课时费按照：元/次计
算，工作时间9:00至11:30，下午02:30至05:30；每周
______次授课，以人民币形式支付。如乙方每月授课时间多于
110小时，超出的授课时间，可按照120元每课时计算课时费。
如乙方在工作期间迟到早退旷课等，迟到早退一小时罚款50
元，迟到两小时罚款一百，依此类推。若未经批准请假罚款100
一次。
1.Party B's teaching-hour salary will be RMB/time by cash. Teaching time will be from 09:00 -11:30am
and 02:30-05:30pm, __ time(times)a week.If the teaching hours
are more than 110 hours per work-month, Party B will get 120 RMB
for teaching compensation per extra teaching hour.

IV.甲方义务
Party A's Obligations
1.甲方对乙方的工作负责指导、监督以及评价。
Party A shall conduct direction, supervise and evaluate
the Party B's work.
1.甲方应向乙方提供必要的工作设施。
Party A shall provide Party B necessary working
facilities.
2.甲方应向乙方每月25日按期发放报酬。
Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by
25th.(the next regular working month)
V.乙方义务
Party B's obligations
1.乙方必需遵守甲方的工作制度及与外国专家管理相关的规定，
并接受甲方在工作方面的安排、指导、监督和评价。同时，乙
方应提供包括能证明其身份的护照、学籍卡等。
1. Party B shall abide to Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party A's arrangement, guidance, supervision and evaluation. Meanwhile, Party B shall provide identification, include passport, student’s card and the copy of current visa.
2. 乙方必须按照指定学期的课时计划保质保量完成甲方委派的工
作，同时，乙方应遵守被派遣单位的相关工作制
2. Party B shall complete the tasks on time and ensure it is qualified .Party B shall abide to the working system of dispatched school.
3. 乙方同意并授予甲方处于市场和宣传活动使用乙方真实的个人信
息和肖像。
3. Party A is permitted and authorized by Party B to use his/her true personal information for marketing and advertising activities, including the using of Party B’s personal photographs.
VI.合同的终止
Termination of Contract
1.在以下情形下，甲方将书面通知解除与乙方的合同：

notice under those circumstances:
(1)如果乙方违反了中华人民共和国相关法律法规造成乙方无
法继续履行本合同的，甲方有权单方解除与乙方的兼职聘
用合同。
